Business Design Concepts is considering developing a Business Design Certification program and would like to gauge the level of interest of those visiting our site.

Certifications would be offered in three different formats:  1) On-site where we come to your facility and provide direct instruction; 2) On line where an instructor leads the class and the student can pose questions during the courses; and 3) On demand where the courses are available on line and the student can go through the courses at her / his speed and convenience.

In this program Business Design Concepts will show you what a Business Model looks like and how it can be used to analyze the limitations of the existing design.  Use the Business Model to identify root cause problems and to make recommendations on how to solve those performance issues.
